Organization Learning Systems |
Law Enforcement departments of today frequently use the
term "learning organization" in reference to
their organizational learning systems. However, the practice
of developing and maintaining a "learning organization"
and encouraging members to embark on a "lifelong
learning" experience remains a challenge for many
departments across North America. NPSLC draws upon the
knowledge and experience of some of North America's most
committed law enforcement training executives to help
design and structure learning systems focused on the goals
