Madrid - May 6, 2005 - Today, Ambassador Christian Strohal, Director of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) joined the members of the NPSS Group international training team at the National Police Training Academy in Madrid, Spain in order to personally present the graduation certificates to all the senior staff of the Guardia Civil and the Police Nationale that successfully completed the Law Enforcement Officers Program for Combating Hate Crime.

This presentation follows the presentations that Ambassador Strohal made yesterday in Budapest with police executives having successfully completed NPSS Group led hate crimes training in that country as well.
