Today, Ambassador
Christian Strohal, Director
of the Office for Democratic
Institutions and Human
Rights (ODIHR) joined the
members of the NPSS Group
international training team
at the National Police
Training Academy in Madrid,
Spain in order to personally
present the graduation
certificates to all the
senior staff of the Guardia
Civil and the Police
Nationale that successfully
completed the Law
Enforcement Officers
Program for Combating Hate
Crime.
This presentation follows
the presentations that
Ambassador Strohal made
yesterday in Budapest with
police executives having
successfully completed NPSS
Group led hate crimes
training in that country as
well.
Today, it is members of the
national police services of
Spain that are receiving
their certificates for
successfully completing the
Law Enforcement Officers
Program on Combating Hate
Crimes in the OSCE Region.
The NPSS Group is proud and

very important initiative
for Spain's policing
agencies: the Guardia
Civil and Police Nationale.
